Please note that you can get this message if someone is trying to hack your account but that’s pretty rare (usually it’s worded in a different way) and in most cases, you got the account compromised message for some of these reasons and not because you actually got hacked. – You’ve been using some of the automation services or bots like Jarvee, mass planner and so on – You’ve been using mass story viewing services which I’ve covered here – You’ve been using apps to check who unfollowed you and then you were unfollowing within these apps – You’ve been using any other 3rd party apps like scheduling apps for example – You’ve been using engagement groups – You bought some fake followers or likes – You are paying someone to grow your account and they’ve been using some of these things that I’ve mentioned above – And finally, you got the account compromised message by mistake
